The audience of GTA v is though to be a vast amount of violent and aggressive young men and teenagers. This is due to the fact that the game itself features almost entirely violence; drug and sex appeal when shown in trailers. 

This image shows a rating chart on violence, language e.t.c. that is featured in GTA V. We can see that there is a large amount of violence; Sex; Drugs and language in comparison to positive role models and messages.

This would cause most parents to jump to the conclusion that this game causes young people to develop violent tendencies, this however isn't the case as the game itself isn't just about the violence. Its also about the art style and general feel that the player gets when playing the game.
